We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your needs. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward, reliable, and practical as our gear, ensuring a hassle-free solution if you’re not completely satisfied.

Our Commitment: Just as our Insulated Boots are built for harsh conditions and our Safety Clothing is made for protection, our customer service is built on integrity and care. We aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date you receive your shipment to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached. It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Undergarments (including items listed under SOCKS & UNDERGARMENTS and Socks & Undergarments in the menu)
  • Any worn or used footwear for safety or hygiene reasons.

Please choose carefully when ordering these items. This policy is in place to protect all our customers.

2. The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your request. Use the email template below to ensure we get all necessary information quickly.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your receipt/order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund as per your request.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

We believe in simple, secure, and fast resolutions.

  • Timing: After your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Note on Exchanges: If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference via your original payment method after confirming with you.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong Jacket & Outerwear or Children’s Footwear), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
