1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date you receive your shipment to initiate a request.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Undergarments (including all items listed under SOCKS & UNDERGARMENTS and Socks & Undergarments in our menu)
  • Any worn or used footwear (for safety/hygiene reasons)

2. The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below for faster service.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not send anything without an RMA.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and write the RMA number on the box. Ship to the address provided.
  4. Inspection & Processing: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt to ensure eligibility.
  5. Completion: Once approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund immediately.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Timing: After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
