6.2 Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• All Socks & Undergarments (including items listed under SOCKS & UNDERGARMENTS in our menu)
• Any worn or used footwear

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack item(s) with original packaging and receipt copy
4. Ship to provided address with RMA number on box

6.4 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
• Issued to original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Bank processing may take additional 3-10 business days

6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite replacement or refund at no cost to you.
